How do I return an item?
Our Return Policy
All items must be returned within 45 days. Up to a 20% restocking fee may apply to all parts. All orders must be checked by customer for correctness within 48 hours of delivery and reported immediately.
A refund will be made in the amount of the original purchase price minus what we spent shipping, minus the restocking fee. It usually takes 3-5 business days for the funds to show up in your account. We will only credit the same credit card you used to place your order. If your card is lost or stolen you will be issued an in-store credit or we will send a check.
The cost of shipping the part(s) back is your responsibility - no credit for your shipping expenses will be given. The only exception to this rule is if we made an error in shipping you a wrong item. Warehouse 33, LLC is not responsible for any errors or omissions in its catalog, nor any damages resulting directly or indirectly.
Return Authorization Number
All returns MUST receive a prior Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain a Return Authorization please call us at 816-931-0040 or email firstname.lastname@example.org . We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be displayed on top of the box in a visible location. All items returned without an RMA# will be refused.
Condition of Returned Parts
All returns must be in original packaging and acceptable for resale. DO NOT PUT LABELS OR WRITE ON THE MANUFACTURER BOXES, ALL RETURNS WITH WRITING, DIRT, SHIPPING LABELS, OR DAMAGE TO THE MANUFACTURER BOXES WILL BE REJECTED.
